The "Dictionary" object represents a dictionary available in RC-WinTrans.

	SupportsLanguages	Returns if the given languages are supported by the dictionary. SupportsLanguages( SourceLanguage As String,TargetLanguage As String ) As Boolean
	Filename	Returns the file name of the dictionary.
	FindReference	Returns whether the dictionary is a find reference or sets it.
	Name	Returns the name of the dictionary.
	Parent	Returns the "Dictionary" collection.
	SaveReference	Returns whether the dictionary is a save reference or sets it.
	type	Returns the type of the dictionary.
