Uniform Translation Check Dialog Box

Use the Uniform Translation Check dialog box to specify whether RC-WinTrans should check for uniform translations within the current project's active source and target language, or if additional translations in other project files, RC-WinTrans dictionaries, and/or translation memories (Trados,
Web TM(s)) are to be included as well.

Checkboxes

Use the checkboxes in the Uniform Translation Check dialog to select sources you want to use when comparing translations with the uniform translation check:

Active project

Checks all translations in the active project to verify that items with the same source text have the same translation.

Dictionaries/Trados TMs/Web TMs

Checks translations against all dictionaries or TMs set as find references and that also support the current project's active source and target languages.

Other open projects

Checks translations against all open translation projects that also support the current project's active source and target languages.

Options

Match case

Check this option to make comparisons between data sources (source as well as target text) case-sensitive.

Activate "Differences" tab view automatically

Check this option to automatically activate the Differences tab view when an item for which a uniform translation error has been found is selected in the Check Results tab view.
